Didn't watch Lost last night, but we'll catch it tonight. Was too exhausted to stay up and watch the Tivo.

I did finally read volume 3 of Alan Moore's Promethea last night (hands down my favorite of the ABC titles). Damned good. I need to acquire the next volume ASAP.

Today's Kingdom of Loathing update: Achieved level 10! And I've got a Bartender! Alas, since I'm still regularly getting my ass kicked on the airship, I've got some leveling up to do. But hey, at least I can make a horizontal tango without wasting any turns now! :-) Oh, and Flip, my baby gravy fairy, is up to 20 pounds (I'm rotating a bunch of familiars, but as long as I'm hitting the Palindrome and farming papayas, I figure this one's the way to go).

Freddie Mitchell is currently displacing Yogi Berra as sports schmuck of the week. "It's funny how I got under their skin?" Um, if you got under their skin at all, it only helped them, y'know, kick your ass.

Work's heating up, so not much time for any serious browsing today, alas.

Yes, some of the other ABC stuff is good (Top 10 in particular) but Promethea is great.

I figured you'd be a fan of it. I do like most of the ABC books as fun reads, but this series is up there with Moore's '80s works.
