Clear cookies, and make sure that you accept third-party cookies.

(Smart browsers like Opera let you configure that kind of thing server-by-server, so you can accept KoL cookies but still avoid the nasty spyware.)

Also, try manually typing '2' or '3' after the 'www' in the address. (ie 'www2.ki...' or 'www3.ki...')

Sometimes one of the login servers will hang up and not do anything for awhile, but the other ones are still working.
