To accompany my leg pain, my brain gets to hurt over the fact that Steve Martin's continued willingness to make awful, awful movies has resulted in Cheaper by the Dozen 2 It's being directed by Adam Shenkman, who, as far as I'm concerned, is the Uwe Boll of comedy. I'm sure my daughter will want to see it, but she'll have to find someone else to take her. The first movie ranks as one of the worst moviegoing experiences I've had, in spite of the wonderful cast.

I'll be seeing Billy Mumy tonight, so I'll ask if his daughter, Lillianna, has been cast for the sequel. (Heck, she might be at the show tonight too, so I may end up asking her...)

I do hope they keep her -- the kids were damned talented, and unlike folks like Martin, they're not likely to have their reputations ruined by being associated with this.

In the same vein if you check the review at CHUD or AICN for The Pink Panther they say it is horrible, and that Martin is at his worst.
