Best line:
“Then they had some kind of emotional reaction and vomited.”

emotional reaction= freaked the f*ck out.

Or that would be my reaction at least if I realized I had a dismembered finger in my mouth. Yuck.

That's the line that made me laugh loud enough for my cubemate to ask me what was so funny. Luckily she saw the humour too.

I would have had "some kind of emotional reaction" too, once I had finished vomiting up everything I ever ate.

I'm with [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com], the line "Then they had some kind of emotional reaction and vomited." is the best line in the article.

Cheese is always extra, unless you get that teenage counter-monkey who just doesn't care. However, their 20 year old manager will...

ew ew ew ew ew ew ew ew EW!

What I want to know is, how does one not notice a finger parked on your spoon? Was the restaurant-goer that hungry and just didn't see it pointing at him? Was it just a fingertip or part of a finger?

Man, another reason I need to avoid fast food...

I used to work at Wendy's, and can definitively say that the fingers are the least disgusting ingredients in the chili.

I'm extremely skeptical of that article, having worked at Wendy's for three years. For that matter, I worked for three years at a Wendy's in the city in which the chain originated.

The article said that the chili is made by a distributor, which is bunk. The chili is made *AT EACH STORE* with meat that stays on the grill too long. So overcooked burgers is about the grossest thing in the chili, really. The only things that come from the distributor are things it would be pretty hard to hide fingers in - like lettuce, tomatoes, little milk cartons, toys, etc, etc.

Don't get me wrong, I hated my job and the management treated employees like shit, but I do know that Wendy's is one of the few burger chains I WILL eat at anymore.
