Never thought I'd live to see the day that Michael Bay would be directing a movie that Steven Spielberg is producing. Weird.

Although I gotta admit: I think "The Rock" is darn solid, "Bad Boys" is watchable, and "Armageddon" is a huge guilty pleasure of mine.

"Pearl Harbor" is shudderingly bad, and I seriously think "Bad Boys 2" is one of the worst action flicks I've ever seen.

See, this is a place where our tastes seriously diverge. I like Bad Boys well enough, but The Rock actually ranks lower on my list than Armageddon (possibly because I like the cast and concept of The Rock better, and am thus more upset about the finished product). I do agree about PH and BB2. Actually, I still think the best thing Bay ever did was that "Aaron Burr" milk commercial.
