Untouched concepts in fusion cuisine

I want to someday open a nice Jewish/Irish restaurant, two cuisines that don't get nearly enough hype.

Of course, I'd call it Finn MacKugel. :-)

One of the few kosher restaurants in Atlanta is a chinese restuarant located inside a Kroger supermarket. I guess once you eliminate the pork and seafood dishes, getting Chinese cuisine to be kosher is pretty easy.

There's a cuban / irish bar in Prague called O'Che's, which I thought was hilarious. Sadly the fusion only seemed to extend to the decor, but still.

Sadly neither really - more "pub grub" - burgers, the ubiquitous stews you get in Czech republic, generic "curry" type things. Still, it was cosy. And they served Guiness.

Too bad. Granted, Cuban food might not work in a pup setting, but Irish food is born for it!

Athens used to have a kosher Chinese restaurant called Chow Goldstein's.

Not as strange as it sounds. New York Jews have always been big fans of Chinese restaurants.
