I hadn't prior to today, but I have been playing the others since I solved the cube. So far I have solved the cube and the RPG, but not the original Grow game yet.
Sorry about the dual reply. I noticed that I hadn't replied in the thread where it belonged, so I'm getting rid of it in the name of tidiness.
The original Grow game is insanely hard, and unlike the other two, it doesn't have a linear progression of events that can be easily deduced. It's got red herrings, alternate endings, and dead ends, something that the other two don't have, thankfully. Have you played the variation of whack-a-mole on his site?
Black pegs mean that one of your pieces is absolutely correct. White means right item, wrong space.
In other words, one of the items is dead-on, two more are in the first four, but not where you have them, and one more just isn't in the first four spots at all.
The one labelled v. 3? Got it. :D I kept maxing everything except either the robot or the egg, back and forth, before I got the whole shebang. The tornado's tricky!
And I finally got the right order for the RPG, too. I knew that ship was there for a reason....
...except without the excessive spaces, of course. You could do any-colour on any-colour, as long as they match, of course. I used the table just to be cautious -- some people's settings might not display comments on white, see?
